  • My amount was debited twice. How can I get a refund of excess amount?

    Let us know by sending a mail on info@feetscience.in and we will credit back the excess amount. Sometimes it happens at the payment gateway and if your amount is debited twice just let us know by writing to us on info@feetscience.in, with your transaction details and we would credit back the excess amount

  • What are the modes of payment I can choose from?

    We currently offer 3 modes of payment: A) Payu - For Debit Card/ Netbanking/ Credit card B). COD - Cash on delivery for major cities across India. C). Bank Deposit - Cash credited to our account and let our team know by email info@feetscience.in

  • How do I cancel my order once placed?

    You can cancel it through your FeetScience™ account, if not then drop us an email on info@feetscience.in or call us on Toll-Free – 1800 3000 6105.

  • How do I place a bulk order?

    Visit the bulk order page on our website www.feetscience.in and select a Shoe article and our range and mail the same to us at info@feetscience.in with the quantity required in a different size. We will revert to you within 24 hrs with the best price and availability of the same.You can also place bulk order by calling us on Toll-Free – 1800 3000 6105 or writing to info@feetscience.in or support@feetscience.in

  • Do you gift wrap the package?

    Currently we do not gift wrap but are looking forward to do this very soon. However you can gift a FeetScience™ by writing to info@feetscience.in

  • I am unable to place an order?

    Sometimes due to technical issues, you might face difficulty placing an order. Even after few trials, if you are not able to place order, please write to us on info@feetscience.in or call on Toll-Free – 1800 3000 6105. If you describe your issue over mail and send us screenshot, that would be a great help to rectify the issue.

  • I cannot proceed to the payment page?

    It might be some technical problem and you can contact us for the same by writing to us on info@feetscience.in or call on Toll-Free – 1800 3000 6105.

  • Coupon code not working. What should I do?

    Check if the coupon is correct and it should not contain any space or other characters. Coupon codes will not be applicable for sales and confident shoes as they are already on discounted price. If the problem still continues, then write us on info@feetscience.in or call on Toll-Free – 1800 3000 6105.

  • Do you offer custom made shoes?

    Yes! We are manufacturing custom made shoes as we are proud of the cuts and designs we offer to our corporate buyers, however, as a special case, we can manufacture custom made shoes if we have the required Material ready and you order a minimum quantity of 300 shoes. For availability of the Material, drop in a mail to info@feetscience.in Since the order is custom made the lead time for the same will be 30-45 days.

  • Can I Track my order?

    Of course you can. Once the product is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an order confirmation with tracking code. You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your account on our website.

  • Why is my order delayed?

    Orders are usually delayed due to supply chain and courier problem. If your order is delayed just write us on info@feetscience.in or call on Toll-Free – 1800 3000 6105.We will try to expedite the process from our end.

  • I need the package to be gifted to someone. Is there any way to speed the process?

    To gift a FeetScience™ shoe with a message write to info@feetscience.in , Order delivery time depends on the location. For within Mumbai locations, - it takes minimum 1 days. For other locations, it takes 1 - 2 days.

  • Do I have to order online, do you have any stores?

    We do not have any stores and we only sell online.

  • Can I make changes to my order or add one more shoe in the same order?

    Yes, you can. You need to send us a mail at info@feetscience.in or call on Toll-Free – 1800 3000 6105 with the changes as soon as your order is placed.

  • Can I cancel my order?

  • When will you be getting more stocks in?

  • Do you have a size guide? / How do I know what size will fit me?

    Yes, we do have a size guide on our website. Alternatively, you can get your measurements with the help of our measurement guide.

  • I can't find an item I saw advertised?

    If the product you saw in the ad is not on our product list, there is a possibility of being out of stock or the ad you saw was old. But you can always enquire by calling us on Toll-Free – 1800 3000 6105.

  • Can I pre-order an item?

    We do take pre-orders. Sometime we take orders before it is launched on our online store or before we get the physical stock.

  • What should I do if my payment fails?

    You can reorder by logging in to your account. Also, you can opt for other payment gateways like Cash On Delivery where cash is collected by our agent on dispatch / Bank Deposit of cash to our Bank Account.
